Steps Ahead... is always interested in using and communicating simple but effective business concepts. One of these concepts is our BBB approach: Building Better Business. It shows in a simple concept the hierarchy in planning and control but also the relationships between WHAT-HOW-WHO in an organisational framework.
If you (re)design your business, the main questions are:
- WHAT are we going to do,
- HOW are we going to do it, and
- WHO is going to manage or execute it.
These questions have to be answered at three consecutive levels:
- corporate level
- process level
- individual level.
